Returns and exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges up to 30 days after you receive your order. With movement restrictions in many countries due to the coronavirus pandemic, we know that it might prove harder than usual to send your item back to us in this timeframe. So as long as you contact us about your return or exchange within 30 days, we’re happy to give you as long as you need to send the item back.

Just email with your order number and we’ll get everything sorted for you, including free return postage. We’re a young startup run by a small and insanely committed team, so we like chatting and employ zero robots.

Items being returned or exchanged should be in ‘as new’ condition, unwashed and unworn, and in their original packaging.

We cover return postage costs and the costs of sending exchange items out to you, but we’re not able to refund any delivery costs that you paid to us when you placed your order, or any import duties or customs fees that you paid to the carrier.

Gift recipients can exchange their item for a different size. For returns, we can issue a credit note to the gift recipient, or a refund to the original purchaser.
