Returns and exchanges
We offer free returns and exchanges up to 30 days after you receive your order.
It’s very simple to return or exchange an item, and we cover the cost of return postage – just email email@example.com with your order number and we’ll get this sorted for you. We’re a young startup run by a small and insanely committed team, so we like chatting and employ zero robots.
Items being returned or exchanged should be in ‘as new’ condition, unwashed and unworn, and in their original packaging.
We cover return postage costs and the costs of sending exchange items out to you, but we’re not able to refund any delivery costs that you paid to us when you placed your order, or any import duties or customs fees that you paid to the carrier.
Gift recipients can exchange their item for a different size. For returns, we can issue a credit note to the gift recipient, or a refund to the original purchaser.
Christmas returns: We have an extended returns period for any orders placed between 1 and 20 December 2019 – if you buy during this time, you can return items from your order anytime up to 31 January 2020.
