Returns and exchanges
We offer free returns and exchanges up to 30 days after you receive your order. We know that Covid-19 restrictions can make it harder than normal to send something back to us in that timeframe. So as long as you contact us about your return or exchange within 30 days, we’re happy to give you extra time to send something back.
If you need to exchange or return something, just answer a few questions here to get started.
But if there’s a problem with any of your kit, or if you’d just like to talk to one of us instead, we’re always happy to help out if you email firstname.lastname@example.org. We’re a young startup run by a small and insanely committed team, so we like chatting and employ zero robots.
Anything you send back to us should be unworn, unwashed, and not look like it’s been trampled by an elephant.
We always cover return postage costs and the costs of sending exchange items out to you. But we’re not able to refund any delivery costs that you paid to us when you placed your order, or any import duties or customs fees that you paid to the carrier.
If you got a piece of Vollebak gear as a gift and it’s not quite right, you can exchange it for a different size, return it and get credit for something else, or we can refund the person who bought it for you.
